Protein Pizza Bagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel- either homemade (recipe on my website) or store brought (brands recommended: Hero Bread or ROYO)

  • Rao’s pizza sauce

  • Freshly shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Pepperoni, nitrate free

  • Italian seasoning

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Place the sliced bagel on the lined baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on top. Top with freshly shredded mozzarella. Add pepperoni. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.

  • Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until bagel is crispy and cheese if fully melted. Enjoy!
