This coaching package begins with a one-hour consultation to get to know you, your goals, and your habits. Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive follow-up sessions to keep you on track and supported along the way.
Your plan includes personalized nutrition guidance, clean meal plans, healthy snack recipes, restaurant and grocery guides, label-reading tips, and even a pantry and fridge refresh. You’ll also have ongoing email support throughout the month to answer questions and provide encouragement whenever you need it.
