Cheesy Egg Melts on Naan Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of Greek Yogurt Naan Bread (recipe is on my website)

  • 6 eggs (pasture raised)

  • Grass Fed Cheese- buy a block and cut thin slices or shred

  • Sriracha

  • salt and pepper for taste

  • Optional: add sliced avocado on top

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 4 pieces of naan bread on the parchment paper. Set aside.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. I like to use stainless steel or the brand Caraway. Add grass fed butter to the skillet. Whisk 6 eggs together and pour into the skillet. Scramble eggs over medium heat. Sprinkle pepper and salt once done cooking on top.

  • Add the scrambled eggs on top of each naan piece. Next, add sliced or shredded cheese.

  • Bake in the oven until cheese is fully melted.

  • Drizzle sriracha over each one.

  • Enjoy!
