Cheesy Egg Melts on Naan Bread
Ingredients:
4 pieces of Greek Yogurt Naan Bread (recipe is on my website)
6 eggs (pasture raised)
Grass Fed Cheese- buy a block and cut thin slices or shred
Sriracha
salt and pepper for taste
Optional: add sliced avocado on top
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 4 pieces of naan bread on the parchment paper. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. I like to use stainless steel or the brand Caraway. Add grass fed butter to the skillet. Whisk 6 eggs together and pour into the skillet. Scramble eggs over medium heat. Sprinkle pepper and salt once done cooking on top.
Add the scrambled eggs on top of each naan piece. Next, add sliced or shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven until cheese is fully melted.
Drizzle sriracha over each one.
