Whipped Hot Honey Ricotta + Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
1-2 packages of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Olive Oil
1 whole container of ricotta
Hot Honey- I like Mike’s Hot Honey
Salt and Pepper for taste
Spices + Herbs: garlic powder, onion powder, red peper flakes, oregano, parsley
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken thighs onto baking sheet. Pat each chicken thigh dry with paper towel.
Drizzle olive oil onto each piece and then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper for taste.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the ricotta mixture. First, whip the ricotta. You can do this by using a kitchen aid, hand held mixer, or a blender. Once the ricotta is whipped, spread a thin layer on a large serving dish. Drizzle with hot honey, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Once the chicken is done cooking, place the chicken thighs on top of the ricotta mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
