Ground Chicken Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of ground chicken

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of freshly grated parmigiana cheese

  • 1 cup of gf breadcrumbs

  • ¼ tsp. of each spice/herb: salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  • On a baking sheet, either spray with olive oil or put parchment paper down. Form a thin layer with the chicken mixture onto the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown (like shown in the photo above).

  • Place toppings of your choice- my go to is pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni (nitrate free). Bake for another 5-8 minutes with toppings.
